You bring the clicks. We help them go further.
Your ads bring the right people to the Shopify store. Too few are buying? We help you remove friction in the shop, with CRO, design and development directly from Omar and Tobi.

The next opportunity is in the store.
You work with Shopify DTC brands, see opportunities in their stores and need someone who can put those improvements into practice.
Clicks arrive. Sales do not.
The campaign creates interest, but the landing page loses it. The offer, message and customer journey are not working together yet.
Baskets stay small.
Acquisition costs leave little room. Relevant bundles, a clearer offer or useful cross-sells could create more value per order.
Good ideas stay on the list.
You can see the friction in the store. But your team lacks the time or capacity for research, testing and Shopify development.
Your CRO partner after the click.
You manage campaigns, budgets and creatives. We improve the Shopify shopping experience and check the technical foundations of your ads, from tracking to improvements going live.
01 / Conversion rate
Turn interest into purchase intent.
We examine the journey from ad click to checkout: mobile usability, product clarity, trust and purchase barriers. We turn findings into prioritised hypotheses and concrete changes.
02 / Average order value
More value per order.
We assess bundles, quantity offers and cross-sells for their usefulness to customers. We evaluate basket value alongside conversion rate, discounts and margin.
03 / Shopify development
Improvements that go live.
Landing pages, product pages and the cart: we design and build ourselves. We coordinate tests with your campaigns so the offer, creatives and store work together.
A shared view of the numbers.
Before starting, we agree on a baseline and target KPIs. We evaluate conversion rate, AOV and revenue per session in the context of traffic mix, promotions and margin. We use A/B tests when traffic and purchase volume support meaningful analysis.
Good ads need reliable signals.
Missing purchases in analytics, duplicate conversions or product feed issues can hold your campaigns back. That is why a thorough tracking and technical audit is part of our work on the store.
Analytics & Shopify
We check GA4, the Shopify integration and the journey from page view to purchase. Are the right events, order values and currencies being sent? Where is data missing or purchases counted twice? We also review the consent configuration.
Google Ads & Meta
We review your ad account connections, conversion tracking and the signals being sent. We look for missing or duplicate events and technical configuration errors in Google Ads and Meta that can affect measurement and campaign optimisation.
Merchant Center & store setup
We review product feeds, diagnostics and technical issues in Merchant Center, along with the corresponding requirements in the Shopify store. These include price or availability mismatches and errors on linked product pages.
You receive a prioritised overview of gaps and concrete actions. We fix store and tracking issues within the agreed scope and coordinate changes to your ad accounts with your team.
One store is a good start.
Let’s look at a specific client and see where we can support your team.
Referrals that reward you
Recurring commission for every client you refer.
You introduce a Shopify client who starts working with FAT Stack. You receive a commission for every month that client works with us, once we have received their payment.
Meet & discuss the store
Tell us about your clients, campaigns and the friction in their shops. Together, we work out whether and where we can help.
Agree on roles & priorities
We align on goals, scope, budget and client communication. You know who owns each task and how we share findings.
Build, measure, learn
We implement the agreed improvements and review the results with you. Together, we use those findings to decide what comes next.
Two people.
No handoffs.
Between the two of us we cover the whole thing: research, concept, design, code. No external dev team, no briefing ping-pong, nobody in between.
Omar
Computer scientist by training and the engine behind delivery: research, hypotheses, design, and most of what actually ships in your store. Will tell you straight if an idea hurts your store.
Tobi
Your direct line - from the first message well into the sprint. Runs customer success and the business infrastructure behind it, and still gets hands-on in the code as a developer.
Questions about partnering.
Which agencies is this for?
Google Ads and Meta Ads teams working with Shopify DTC brands that need support with CRO, AOV or implementation in the store. You can approach us with a single client or several stores.
Will you also manage our clients’ ads?
Campaign strategy, media buying and creatives stay with your team. Alongside the store, we review the technical foundations: analytics, conversion tracking, connections to Google Ads and Meta, and Merchant Center issues. We coordinate technical changes to your ad accounts with you.
How does client communication work?
We agree on this before starting: who introduces us, who is the point of contact and who approves changes? We discuss whether a direct relationship or working through your team makes sense in the partner call.
Do we earn a commission for referring clients?
Yes. You receive recurring commission for every client you refer: for each month they work with FAT Stack, once we have received the client’s payment.
Does the store need to reach a certain size?
Meaningful A/B tests need sufficient traffic and purchases. For smaller stores, we first look at qualitative findings, clear purchase barriers and technical issues. We discuss the available data and a sensible starting point together.
Can we start with just one store?
Yes. Bring a Shopify store and your observations. We discuss where you see potential, which numbers are available and what a first step together could look like.
Have a store in mind?
Tell us where your campaigns run into friction in the shop. In our introduction, we discuss opportunities, roles and a sensible next step.
